Terms of Service
Last updated: 27 September 2026
These terms govern your use of Discloze (the “Service”), operated by Discloze. By using the Service you agree to them.
1. What the Service is
Discloze is an automated tool that scans websites for AI-generated content and chat widgets that may require disclosure, maps findings to published rules, and helps you generate labels, disclosures and metadata. It is tooling, not legal advice.
2. No legal advice; no guarantee of compliance
The Service does not provide legal advice and does not determine or guarantee that you are compliant with any law. Detection is best-effort and may miss content or misclassify it; rule summaries are for guidance only and may be out of date. You are responsible for your own compliance and should consult a qualified professional.
3. Acceptable use
- Only scan websites you own or are authorised to assess.
- Do not use the Service to break the law, infringe rights, or overload or disrupt third-party sites.
- Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or abuse the Service or its infrastructure.
4. Your content
You keep ownership of the URLs, media and data you submit. You grant us the limited rights needed to run the scan and provide your report.
5. Availability
The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We may change, suspend or discontinue features at any time.
6. Disclaimers & limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided without warranties of any kind, and Discloze is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any decision made in reliance on the Service's output. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
7. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms; continued use after changes means you accept them.
